Although I have a very busy period, I cook less often (maybe also because of the heat), I eat less, but from breakfast I don't even give a damn & # 8211, which I recommend to you too. As usual, once in a few posts, hop comes up with a breakfast recipe. It is the meal of the day that gives me so many options that I have moments when I write ideas on paper because they are many, fine and varied. I think I've told you before: I also like to sleep in the morning, I wake up hard, but still the consciousness of a healthy stomach, a happy body, makes me wake up 20-30 minutes earlier and enjoy the mornings beautiful with the smell of life. Starting my day with a fabulous breakfast makes up for half an hour of sleep, moreover, it gives me so much energy that I manage to be toned and energetic until the end of the day, not to mention the fact that I don't know what it means to drink coffee on an empty stomach (it seems to me that you physically hurt your stomach with this habit), to make my mother squeak loudly or to feel faint in my stomach.

So, I urge you warmly, mobilize and do not start your day without eating. Excuses like & # 8222I donâ & # x20AC; & # x2122; t like sanvisurieâ & # x20AC; & # x2122; I donâ & # x20AC ;? There are so many other options at your fingertips (cheap and fast) that it is almost impossible not to find something that will satisfy your demands.

Here I come with a delicious and easy option to enjoy the mornings, you and your family (even colleagues & # 8211 because out of the given quantities, you will get 10 pieces). These apple and telemea muffins are not only easy to make, but also very cheap. You need ingredients that you must have in the fridge and pantry, a tray of muffins and some paper. They are also ideal for children, on a trip or even at picnics. These sympathies have an airy consistency, they are slightly moist, which makes them an easy breakfast to enjoy. What's more, the apple and telemea dishes surprise you when you least expect it. If you put those cute papers on them (they can be found in the Dm store chain), any capricious child will be more than happy to devour them.

Muffins with caramelized apples and cinnamon and 5 years of blogging

These days my blog celebrates 5 years of existence in the online environment! I would have liked to celebrate it more festively, with a cake, or with something more sophisticated, because it's just a beautiful and round age. But it wasn't to be and we console ourselves with some flavored muffins with caramelized apples and cinnamon! It's still something, isn't it?

I will not tell too much now and I will not look back on these years spent online, I tell you that he was left with (many) tears: sometimes of trouble, other times of emotions and good!

All I can say is that now, at the balance clock, I look back and I like what I see: I see a mature blog, with many good recipes (although someone scolded me the other day for the reason that that's what you put honey , cinnamon, apples and cloves over a duck, because that's already dessert, not food!). I see myself differently, a man who bumped his head against all the walls he met on the way, he didn't miss any of them (but that's not because I would have set myself the goal, God forbid!), A man who swallowed his many times the sadness and fatigue and he saw his way as he knew better and more correctly. A man who learned everything by trying almost everything that can be tried online on his own skin, without knowing what he is doing but who followed his instinct (it was not always good and from here all the walls above)

A man who dared to step into a whole new field and start from scratch in the little free time available, although he still has a full time job that takes up a lot of his time and soul. A man who puts all his good thoughts in every picture, every video, every published line!

I would dare to say that the Recipes represent another child of mine, whom I like to see growing up. He is a loved and appreciated child. And now he blows out the candles, being surrounded by many beautiful people who come every day to see him, to read him, to leave him words of spirit, encouragement or rebuke. He feels supported and protected, he thanks you and loves you back! And I'm fine, I have butterflies in my stomach!

How to make some muffins with apples and spices

  • 100 g of common wheat flour
  • 100 g of whole wheat flour
  • 50 g of feather
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 apple
  • 1 or
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1/2 sachet of chemical yeast
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cloves
  1. In a large bowl, sort the two flours (common and wholemeal wheat flour) together with the yeast and mix well. Then add all the spices in the indicated amounts and mix again.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. In a separate small bowl beat eggs and in this bowl add milk, sugar and melted butter. Beat everything well until all the ingredients are integrated.
  4. Now integrate this mixture into the flour and spice mixture and mix with a wooden spoon.
  5. Wash the apple well, peel it carefully and shake it. Add it to the previous mix.
  6. Lubricate the holes in the mold where you will bake the muffins with a little butter and fill the gaps with the dough.
  7. Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.

As mentioned in the previous case, to check the cooking state, press the top of the cupcake. If this pressure weakens, the mass regains its original shape, which means they are ready.

A recommendation:If you want, you can add the apple pieces over the muffins so that they are baked in the oven. You will get an even more refined touch with it.

PERFECT blueberry muffins. Perfect, me!

I didn't think I would ever write this recipe because until now I didn't think it existed. Blueberry muffins are my favorites and over time I have tried many, many recipes that bring me closer to those of & # 8220supermarket & # 8221 eaten in America but I have never found one even remotely similar. So far.

Let me tell you what perfect blueberry muffins mean to me.

  1. Color. Be yellow on the inside and with those spots of purple juice leaking through the shell.
  2. Soft and thin crust. In vain they are yellow inside if they are surrounded by a thick and slightly burnt brown crust. Goodbye!
  3. Fragede. Press them with your finger and start again, fluffy and juicy, even slightly damp on the inside. Necessarily slightly damp on the inside.
  4. Scented and refreshing. But not with the essence of rum and other chemicals. Natural, with lemon peel.
  5. Full of blueberries and not very sweet. Full full really full, if you know what I'm saying.

As I said above, until recently I didn't think it existed, but here I was wrong. I found a recipe with the perfect balance and I came to the wisdom of not adapting it to my tastes and preferences and thus spoiling its purpose. It's the same advice I give you: change something in ingredients or preparation and I don't guarantee anything.

Ingredients

  • 120 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 240 g Greek yogurt (no plain yogurt, no rough Greek yogurt, no combinations)
  • 300 g white flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 180-200 g blueberries, according to preferences
  • Grated peel of a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (no grating, flakes, yes?) For garnish
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C, without ventilation (heat up and down). If you put ventilation, you will have brown crust from point 2 above.
  2. In a bowl or saucepan, melt the butter. I make it in the microwave but I don't let it melt at all, but only half. Then mix with a teaspoon until the rest melts. This way the melted butter will not be very hot and I will reduce the waiting time for cooling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs well, then add the yogurt and melted butter and mix well with a whisk.
  4. In another large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder. I mean it. Don't skip this step. Add the sugar and salt over and mix a little and lightly. Then pour the flour mixture over the eggs and yogurt and mix well, with movements from bottom to top, until smooth. If you feel the need, you can add a few tablespoons of milk. The composition is not soft and flowing, but quite solid.
  5. Lightly incorporate blueberries and grated lemon peel and pour the composition evenly into a muffin pan lined with baking paper. I use a spoonful of ice cream so I can get some equal amounts.
  6. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar and a few large coconut flakes on top and bake until golden brown and the toothpick test will come out. Be careful not to burn them, because it's a shame. Allow to cool slightly in the pan and then on a grill.

That's all. I tell you: the dream of the dreams of the dreams of my dreams. They simply melt in your mouth, are soft, fragrant, slightly moist and absolutely delicious. I ate them fresh and thought that's what I live for. And for my son :)
